Job Details
- Location: Santa Clarita, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Full school year (option to extend)
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific caseload discussed during interview)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (school hours)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services for speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California State SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
